We are looking for an experienced Onsite Account Manager to join the team, provide an excellent onsite service to our client, and manage our onsite workforce.
You will be based between the client site and the Recruitrite UK Office in Darlington, but you will be a permanent employee of Recruitrite UK, and will be an integral member or our team.
About Recruitrite UK
We are not the biggest recruitment company out there.
I’m not saying that we’re vertically challenged (although I tend to be called on to reach anything above the height of a Shetland Pony) but, between us, we hhave many, many years of recruitment experience across perm, temp, contract and executive search, covering the UK and further afield.
We don’t claim to have a bag of magic beans that grow perfect employees for our clients, and we don’t claim to have methods that are different from the bigger, cumbersome firms. But what we do have are a specific set of skills and a work ethic that is unrivalled in our specialist sectors. We might not do it differently, but we do do it better.
We are genuinely a friendly bunch. We have a laugh in the office, we support each other and have lots of company treats. Our building also has an onsite gym, and we can regularly be found working out together on our lunch breaks (this is by no means mandatory, we believe that “you should do you”). We are an inclusive employer, and every member of the team is encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. We also love tea and cake, and our Operations Manager regularly keeps the treat box full of goodies – which is great ( but again, consumption is not mandatory!).
One thing we are not is a pushy, salesy, pest of a recruitment firm. And so this role is probably not going to suit someone who enjoys bragging about their billing figures, new flashy car or the cubic zirconia chandelier they bought on the never-never. We are a team. We work together and no one is bigger than the team. Egos can be left at the door – by order of the Management. In short, it’s all about the delivery and going above and beyond.
About the client
Our client is a well-established business that operates in the food distribution sector, so previous experience in this sector would be a distinct advantage!
You will be responsible the site’s day-to-day staffing operations, managing the Recruitrite UK workforce, and will be liaising with our head office and the client’s management team on a daily basis to ensure that staffing needs are met and maintained in a fast-paced, agile environment.
The main duties and responsibilities will include… (serious bit)
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good administration skills, willingness to learn and drive. Also, experience of working in a warehousing /distribution/production environment will be a distinct advantage. You MUST be able to remain calm under pressure and have an analytical mind that is able to present solutions to problems. You MUST be extremely well organised. You MUST be computer literate, as the role will entail use of a variety of systems. You MUST be able to interact with people at all levels of the business. Ideally, you will have a full driving licence and a car.
Recruitment Account Manager
£20K – £24K (some flexibility depending on experience)
This role is not a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, and will require flexibility
This is a fast-paced challenging role and will require someone who is used to looking after and recruiting for a large account.
