We have broken the recruitment process down into its component parts and would like to give you access to as little or as much of it as you wish.

Just want to advertise a vacancy, utilising all of our advertising streams and receive all of the applications directly and to do with as you wish?

Need someone to write a job description/advert and screen and profile the candidates?
No problem at all.

Too busy to call candidates and arrange interviews?
No problem, we can do that.

Need a full recruitment campaign from brief to onboarding?

Our Process

This is the most basic service which would suit smaller companies with smaller budgets. Basically, we would use all of our advertising streams to advertise the vacancy and then pass all applications on to the client to progress as they see fit.

One step up from the basic package. As per “Advertise”, we would bring all of the applications together and screen out any that don’t meet the brief before sending the CVs to the client. They would then progress as they wish

Services from the previous 2 are included within “Profile” but we would also add an introduction (Profile) of each candidate which would be put together by a face to face, telephone, or online agency interview. Once presented to the client, our involvement would cease.

The 3 previous products would be including with this package, with the addition of an interview arrangement service. Once the interviews are arranged, we would step out of the process.

Basically, the full permanent recruitment process, which includes all of the previous packages. We would then gather feedback from the client, make offers where appropriate and facilitate the onboarding process.

For the client looking for niche, hard to find candidates, we can offer a full head hunt campaign, which would include. Industry and candidate research, confidential approaches, production of long and short lists, candidate selection, facilitating interviews, onboarding and aftercare.
